Note: These policies are in effect as of July the 15th, 2013.
- Same day cancellation of cleanings will result in a $20 cancellation fee.
- An additional charge will be applied if a cancelled cleaning is not scheduled within seven days of the original cleaning date. This increase will depend on how long it has been since Budget came the last time to clean.
- If we have not been to your house to clean for a minimum of eight weeks or more, you will be charged an hourly fee at your next cleaning.
- If you notice any problems associated with a cleaning, they must be addressed within 48 hours after we have come to clean your home. We can no longer remedy any issues after the 48 hour mark.
- Payment is due at the time of cleaning.
- If we have an agreed way to enter your home (key, garage code, unlocked door, etc.) to clean and we cannot get in to your home due to no fault of our own, you will be charged a lock out fee of $45.00.
- The fee for a returned check is $35.00.
- All new customers must give a credit card number to have on file regardless of payment choice.
- To reduce costs and to better schedule our crews, we schedule based on geography for specific days of the week. Contact us (908-850-4993) to find out the day(s) we are in your area.
- Clients outside of our established service radius will be charged an extra $20 on top of the flat fee after their first time cleaning.
All additional fees are subject to 7% NJ sales tax.
