We, Budget Home Cleaning carries full Liability Insurance, Workmen’s Compensation, and Disability Insurance.
If you feel you need to be home to meet your clean team it’s your choice. If you choose not to be home you can give us a key which we can pick up before your cleaning date or you can hide a key in a safe place and if you choose to give us access thru your garage you can just give us your entry code. Same applies with your alarm system. By far the most efficient and problem free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm code.
Your key is secured in a locked key safe that only the management has access to. The key is issued to your team supervisor who returns it at the end of the day.
We find the most efficient way of cleaning your house is with 4 people, 1 of whom is a team supervisor. Each employee is given a specific task while in your home.
Budget Home Cleaning brings all its own cleaning products. If you prefer for us to use a certain product that you like, please have it on your kitchen counter on the day we come to clean your home.
Every effort is made to have the same team clean your home. Occasionally, there may be a change in a team member due to illness or vacation. It is the teams supervisor’s job to learn your home and to teach the team members to deliver the same quality and consistency each and every time we come to clean your home.
All of our team members are trained before they’re permitted to clean your home. Each team has a supervisor who is in charge of making sure nothing is missed and that any special requests we receive from our customers is taken care of.
Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check, or credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). If you are not home during your initial cleaning we will ask you for the full estimated amount plus tax. If it takes less time then we estimated, you will be given a credit towards your next cleaning or refund the difference. On your regular scheduled cleanings we ask that you leave payment on your kitchen counter. If you pay by credit card we will handle the process from our office.
